So you think technology has come a long way?
You’re right! Come and explore “Language and Technology Through the Years,” (April 29th through May 25 from 11.00a – 1.30p in Moore 155A) a unique collection of artifacts related to technology in language learning, teaching and research. This exhibit, curated by the Center for Language & Technology, offers insight and reflection on the last six decades of technology use in this area. Viewing artifacts and documents from a quickly receding past will make you realize just how greatly technology has advanced and how professionals in the language teaching field, especially visionary faculty at UH Mānoa, have approached the ever-present need to innovate and create better technology-based language learning and teaching experiences.
