● Virtual Office Hours

CLT Virtual Office hours by appointment only.  You are welcome to connect with us if you have questions about online instruction. Our Virtual office can also be used to experience Zoom online communication first hand. To schedule an appointment, email or leave a message on our website,

● CLT Labs

The maximum occupancy for CLT labs is now 6 – 8 people. Usage is restricted to previously scheduled exams and to faculty or students who need access to technology.
Advisory: Please carefully consider the social distancing practices and guidelines that have been shared with our campus and our community before scheduling or otherwise intending to utilize the computer lab space.

Teaching Online Basics

As a reminder, the CLT has put together this basic document that focuses on two primary needs: (a) making content available online and (b) interacting with students online. Open document:

● Creating Instructional Videos

The CLT has recently opened a new facility that allows to easily create professional looking presentations with embedded slides (powerpoint) with the push of a single button (no post-production required). This facility is available to College instructors to create brief instructional videos. To schedule a time to use it, please use our Reservation System. The One Button Studio is under Special Purpose Rooms (Moore 160).

Finding Digital Materials

CLT faculty will be happy to assist in identifying sources for digital materials (including interactive materials, audio, or video). If you need assistance, please contact us at Also keep in mind our libraries are a great resource for video. An earlier communication from the library stated that the Library  “… has an extensive collection some of which may be streamed for an individual course. The Library also licenses streaming video from a variety of companies and will attempt to license videos for course use if we do not have them already.
