ITS should be contacted for all UH-owned equipment concerns.   The CLT IT office does not provide services that are available from ITS.

Need help with Google@UH, Laulima, or MyUH, or have a problem with your computer? Call the ITS Help Desk! Help Desk Consultants are available for phone and email support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays! If you are on the Manoa campus, the ITS Help Desk also offers walk-in support at the Information Technology Center from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, and through the ITS Labs during posted hours. Walk-in support is not available on holidays.
