http://Lara%20Lomicka%20(PhD,%20Penn%20State)%20is%20Professor%20of%20French%20and%20Applied%20Linguistics%20in%20the%20Department%20of%20Languages,%20Literatures,%20and%20Cultures%20at%20the%20University%20of%20South%20Carolina.%20She%20also%20serves%20as%20the%20Faculty%20Principal%20of%20Preston%20Residential%20and%20Senior%20Faculty%20Associate%20of%20the%20Center%20for%20Integrative%20and%20Experiential%20Learning.%20 Her%20research%20interests%20include%20teacher%20education,%20intercultural%20learning,%20social%20media,%20study%20abroad,%20service%20learning,%20and%20computer%20assisted%20language%20learning.%20She%20currently%20serves%20as%20the%20immediate%20Past-President%20of%20the%20American%20Association%20of%20University%20Supervisors%20and%20Coordinators%20(AAUSC)%20and%20the%20National%20Federation%20of%20Modern%20Language%20Teachers%20Associations%20(NFMLTA),%20and%20she%20recently%20finished%20a%20term%20as%20the%20Past-President%20of%20the%20Computer%20Assisted%20Language%20Instruction%20Consortium%20(CALICO).
