University Updates on COVID-19WiFi Map


The CLT follows the UH Mānoa COVID-19 guidelines, which apply to all operations and activities on campuses and at off-site facilities and cover all students, employees and visitors. These policies are subject to change.

UH Mānoa COVID-19 guidelines:

  • The UH Mānoa campus has returned to full capacity for operations, effective January 2022. View the capacity of CLT facilities.
  • Face coverings are required indoors across the University of Hawaiʻi System, except when working alone or separated from others by 6 feet or more.

All guidelines above apply to the use of CLT facilities. In order to comply with university regulations, the CLT will require the following protocol:

  • The use of CLT facilities is only available through reservations.
  • Entry to the computer labs is restricted to UHM students and faculty who have active, valid UH user accounts.
  • Computer lab patrons are required to sanitize their hands before entering the facilities.
  • Computer lab patrons should bring and wear their personal USB headset (with microphone, if needed).

Submit a Reservation

  • Reservation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from cltmanoa@hawaii.edu.

  • Equipment must be reserved under the name of a CALL faculty or staff member, who will serve as the responsible user/party.
